# Humangent

Humangent is a human-in-the-loop (HITL) platform built specifically for n8n workflow builders. It provides a dedicated layer for managing human decisions in AI agent workflows — with routing, escalation, configurable timeouts, custom actions, and a centralized inbox.

## What it does

- **One inbox for everything.** Every pending decision across every workflow in one view — filterable by status, reviewer, or deadline.
- **Managed, not fire-and-forget.** Assign to a person or team, set a deadline. If nobody acts, Humangent escalates automatically.
- **Custom actions.** Define any action your workflow needs — approve, reject, escalate, request revision, or anything else. Each routes to a different branch in n8n.
- **Simple reviewer experience.** Reviewers log into Humangent — no n8n account, no Slack seat.
- **Editable fields.** Reviewers can modify AI-generated content before acting. Edited values flow back into the workflow.
- **Configurable timeouts.** Auto-approve, auto-reject, or escalate when a deadline expires. Workflows never hang indefinitely.
- Add one HTTP Request node to any n8n workflow — no community node, no plugin required.
- Idempotent delivery queue and full audit log.

## Who it is for

n8n builders running AI agent workflows that touch real customers, records, or money. Reviewers are often non-technical managers, clients, or teammates. They need a Humangent account but no n8n login or Slack seat.
